JUDr. Ivan RADA, Ph.D. - Partner
Ivan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1997. In 2003 he successfully defended his rigorous thesis and in 2008 Ivan received his Ph.D. Ivan has been an attorney-at-law since 2001 and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. During his career Ivan has co-operated with leading Czech and international law firms. He specialises in commercial law with a special focus on corporations. He has published (as the author or co-author) some thirty articles and three books. From 2005 to 2012 he taught as a lecturer at the University of Economics and Management in Prague (VSEM). He is fluent in German and English.
JUDr. Ing. Eva RADOVÁ - Partner
Eva graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň in 2002 and obtained her doctorate in 2004. In 2010 she also earned a degree (Ing.) at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. In 2014 she completed a two-year course in “Valuation of businesses” at the Property Valuation Institute of the University of Economics in Prague. Eva has practised law as an attorney-at-law since 2006. During her career in the legal profession she has obtained significant experience especially in labour law, health law, real estate law and family law. She led a course in “Intangible assets and regulation of advertising in the Czech Republic” at the University of Economics and Management in Prague (VSEM). She is fluent in English.
Mgr. Kamila SEBEROVÁ – Associate
Kamila graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1999. She obtained her first professional experience in the appellate department of the Industrial Property Office. Kamila then joined an international law office in Prague, where she worked for more than a decade. She focuses on corporate finance (including M&A), intellectual property law, dispute resolution and unfair competition, pharmaceutical legislation, public procurement and PPP, and real estate law. Kamila is fluent in English.
JUDr. Bc. Petra TŮMOVÁ KŘIVOHLAVÁ - Associate
Petra earned her bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno in 2007 in the fields of International Relations and European Studies. In 2008 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and, at the same time, she also completed a one-year scholarship in the Federal Republic of Germany financed by Gemeinnützige Hertie Stiftung. In September of the same year, she began her training as attorney-at-law at an Austrian law office and then joined Rada & Partner in 2011. She has been an associate of our law office since 1 February 2012. Petra practices the legal profession in all areas of civil law, specialising in labour law and civil litigation. She also focuses on criminal law. She is fluent in German and English.
Mgr. Jan SÁDLO – Associate
Jan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2011 and joined the law office of Rada & Partner as a trainee attorney in the same year. Jan practices in all fields of civil law and also specialises in defending clients in criminal proceedings. Based on his experience obtained during an internship at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, he also provides legal advice to agricultural businesses in the field of agricultural law. In 2015 he passed his attorney exams and was entered in the Czech Bar as an attorney-at-law. He is fluent in English and German.
Mgr. Eliška DOMINCOVÁ – Trainee Attorney
Eliška Domincová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2014 and joined the law office of Rada & Partner as a trainee attorney. Previously, she worked with Rada & Partner as a paralegal since 2011. She spent nine months at Panthéon Assas University in Paris in 2012 and 2013. There she obtained a diploma from EU law. Eliška practices in all fields of civil law. She specializes in EU law, healthcare law, and intellectual property law. She is fluent in English and French and she has working knowledge of German.
Mgr. Bsc. Matěj GRÖDL – Trainee Attorney
Matěj holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Accounting and Finance at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Between years 2011 - 2015, he worked as a paralegal and subsequently as a trainee lawyer in international law firms in Prague and in July 2016, he started working as a trainee lawyer in Rada & Partner. Matěj provides legal advisory in all areas of civil law, with focus on corporate law and intellectual property law. He is fluent in English and French.
Mgr. František Tikal – Trainee Attorney
František Tikal graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague in 2016. In the academic year 2015 to 2016 he studied at the German university in Passau. Between years 2012 – 2015 he worked as a paralegal in Havel, Holásek & Partners s.r.o., attorneys-at-law in the field of commercial law and then in the department of civil court litigations, afterwards he had an internship with the District Court for Prague 4 and the District Court for Prague 9 and then in a German law firm. In 2016 he was shortly employed as a trainee attorney in Heřmánek & Černý, attorneys-at-law. In November 2016 he started working as a trainee attorney in Rada & Partner. František specializes in civil and criminal law. He is fluent in English and German.
Mgr. Adam Novák – Trainee Attorney
Adam Novák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2017. He studied Law in Context in the academic year 2016/2017 at the Technical university in Dresden. Between years 2014 and 2016 he worked as a paralegal in the attorney office JUDr. Jitka Tutterová. Adam practices in all fields of civil law and he specializes in environmental law and European law. He speaks fluently German and English.
Aneta Hamlíková - Office manager
Aneta graduated from the high school in 2013. She started to work for the law firm Rada & Partner as an office manager as of October 2015. She takes care of all administrative activities necessary for the proper functioning of the firm. She is fluent in English.
Zuzana Carvová - student
Zuzana studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and she has been working as paralegal for Rada & Partner Law Firm since April 2016. She speaks English.
Veronika WITTMANNOVÁ – Office Manager
She finished her studies at the business academy in Chomutov in 2007. Veronika has worked in the law firm Rada & Partner since April 2013 as an office manager. She takes care of the proper functioning of the office, invoicing and all other administrative activities. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
